• Wallabies coach Ewen McKenzie on Wednesday made no apology for one of the toughest calls of his 15 year coaching life when demoting the 47 Test gem at the heart of so many of the team's best moments over the past five cheap authentic pro bowl jerseys seasons.

It is unfair that a standard setter as passionate as halfback Genia should cop it in the neck when the shortcomings of other Wallabies are far more obvious yet McKenzie has elected to make his statement with one of his game generals. When Michael Clarke was struggling for early runs on this year's Ashes tour, he wasn't dropped. He was backed because his class is as permanent as Genia's and he delivered a century that was beyond the skill of others in the batting order. So it is when the world's No.1 halfback delivers in the big moments. That McKenzie could bench Genia for Saturday night's Test in Perth is astonishing. An untried halves pairing of Nic White and Quade Cooper will now be a target for the blue and white missiles in Argentinian jerseys. The coach said White's fresh spark and long kicking game were assets in his favour when stressing the call was not made for rotational reasons. Genia's big workload is probably still a contributing factor to the minor dulling of his exceptional standards since his man of the Dt5FW6a9x match effort against the super bowl fans gear British and Irish Lions in Brisbane two months ago. "I've known Will a long time but he would admit he's probably not been at the peak of his game of late," McKenzie said when unveiling a team with four changes. Dropping Will Genia the case for and against "The fact that Will has captained his country shows what high regard we hold him in. I also know how competitive he is and I've got no doubts he will train himself to a standstill to bounce back as a better player." When quizzed on what exact issues made it time to prefer a wholesale super bowl jerseys halfback with just 16 minutes of Test experience, McKenzie gave hints. "We didn't get near the game plan last weekend. "You've got to remember every team spends the whole time putting pressure on Will so he's got to be able to get around that. We've hat a chat about that and little things." Not exiting the Wallabies quarter with a kick in the opening minutes when the Springboks hit for a 7 0 lead is part of the crime and perhaps not directing more play back to his forwards when giving Quade Cooper carte blanche might have been another demerit. Genia's running game has also slowed. "Nic has got his own qualities and we've got to look to spark the team up," McKenzie said. "Every player needs to have that pressure to keep morphing and adjusting their game and Will will push himself to re find that world class form. "He's naturally disappointed because it is a long time since he's been in this situation." The show of Genia's quality was instantly congratulating White and helping him at training. They will be tight boots for White to fill, literally. "Will has been very open with advice and we've spoken quite a bit. He's even gave me two pairs of boots because we are the same shoe size," White smiled. "I'm actually a size 10 but I'll squeeze my feet into his 9 1/2s when they are broken in," quipped White who still buys his own. White said he didn't feel extra pressure coming in for Australia's best player. "Not from that point of view. I've been given a responsibiity to not just have a little run around but go out and do the job," White said. White will be a reassuring big boot from the ruck base but will also address the Wallabies woeful line kicking from penalties this season which started with Kurtley Beale's short hacks for touch during the Lions series. "Everyone can make easy decisions. It's the hard ones that make a cheap pro bowl gear difference," McKenzie said. "I hate losing. I'm not enjoying this time at all. 100 per cent we want to change that on Saturday." Wallabies: Israel Folau, James O'Connor, Adam Ashley Cooper, Christian nfl super bowl fans jerseys Lealiifano, Nick Cummins, Quade Cooper, Nic White; Ben Mowen (capt), Michael Hooper, Scott Fardy, Kane Douglas, Rob Simmons, Ben Alexander, Stephen Moore, James Slipper. • VANCOUVER, British Columbia (AP) Almost 150 people required hospital treatment overnight as rioters swept through downtown Vancouver following a Canucks loss to the Boston Bruins in the decisive Dt5FW6a9x Game 7 of the Stanley Cup final.

Vancouver Coastal Health spokeswoman Anna Marie D'Angelo said Thursday three stabbing victims have been admitted and an unidentified man is in critical condition with head injuries after a fall. She said most of the rioting victims were treated at St. Paul's Hospital in downtown Vancouver, while about 40, including the stabbing cases and the head injury patient, were being treated at Vancouver General Hospital. Rioting and looting left cars burned, stores in shambles and windows shattered over a roughly ten block radius of the city's main shopping district. Vancouver Police Chief Jim Chu has called a news conference for later Thursday. Vancouver city councilor Suzanne Anton said the rioting has shaken the city and overshadowed the hockey team's playoff run. A car burns behind a police officer following a riot that broke out after the Vancouver Canucks were would never have believed that Vancouver would be a city where their would be looting," Anton said. "I just feel such a profound sense of disappointment. We like to think we live in paradise here in Vancouver. It's hard to imagine here." It was similar to the scene that erupted in the city in 1994 cheap super bowl jerseys following the Canucks' Game 7 loss to the New York Rangers. Anton said there was no loss of life or police brutality in this latest incident. She said dozens of volunteers patrolled the city's entertainment strip on Thursday, picking up debris and garbage. One of the volunteers, Al Cyrenne, carried his broom downtown as cleaned up the damage. "I'm all choked up," he said, as he surveyed broken windows and debris on a downtown street. A Vancouver Canucks fan jumps from a police car that was overturned by rioters following the Vancouv can't believe the scene. Just talking about it bring me to tears. I can't believe the people of Vancouver would do this. It's just a few idiots." While police said it was mostly young thugs responsible for the mayhem overnight, an equally young crew turned up in jeans and rubber gloves, some with Canucks jerseys, all carrying plastic garbage bags. Dozens of remorseful and dismayed commuters crowded around the smashed and plywood covered display windows at the flagship Bay cheap nfl pro bowl jerseys store, a historical building that was the first focus of rampaging looters Wednesday night. "The rioters attacked us for two hours before they got into the store. They were down attacking the stores of Vancouver to try to steal product.". http://topspotmusic.com/profiles/blogs/poses-benefits-of-bikram-yoga

  • For DC runners living on Capitol Hill, the National Mall is your best running route.

Less than a mile from Eastern Market Metro station, it's a straight shot to some of the best running this city has to offer: wide dirt trails, minimal traffic, and views of the Monuments that people travel from around the world to see. This 4 miler starts and ends at Eastern Market and passes the Library of Congress, the Capitol, and the Smithsonian. The route is mostly flat, with a downhill going from the Capitol to the Mall (just before the 1 mile Dt5FW6a9x mark), and an uphill on the return (just before mile 3). This route can easily be lengthened by running further down the Mall and around the Washington Monument, or shortened by turning at third street. Go here for a bigger view of the the map. • Jersey Shore Season 3 Episode 5 (Drunk Punch Love) which aired Thursday night has not only been the season's most emotional and heated, but also the most controversial episode. In a clip that MTV has been promoting for weeks now, Sammi punches Ronnie in the face. In an after show interview released today (Friday) Ronnie admitted he deserved the punch for "what he put [Sam] through in Miami."

But the fact that MTV aired the clear act of violence against Ronnie raises the double standard question. It was only a year ago that MTV decided after outrage from viewers and critics to edit out the infamous punch Snooki took from a Queens gym teacher in a Seaside Heights bars. Previews of that clip caused so much controversey MTV released a statement saying, in part, "What happened to 'Snooki' was a crime and obviously extremely disturbing. After hearing from our viewers, further consulting with experts on the issue of violence. MTV has decided not to air Snooki being physically punched in next week's episode." What then is the difference between airing Sammi punching Ronnie and Snooki's punch from some random shmuck who just wanted 15 minutes of fame? Was Sammi's punch to Ronnie somehow not considered an cheap jerseys act of violence because she's a girl hitting a guy? Is it because they're both paid members of the Jersey Shore cast? Is it because Ronnie later said he somehow deserved it? Furthermore, why has the most recent incident of violence on Jersey Shore not caused more viewers to become outraged? I'd argue it's not a Ronnie or Sammi relationship problem or a Jersey Shore problem and it's not even an MTV problem. It's a problem that society has established this as a double standard that it is somehow acceptable for a girl to punch a guy for something she's enraged over, but yet it's criminally unlawful when it's the other way around. A request to MTV for a comment on why the network opted to air Sammi's punch to Ronnie rather than edit it out was not immediately answered. Jersey Shore Season 3 airs Thursdays on MTV at 10pm ET/PT. What are your thoughts is there a double standard or is there a difference between Sammi punching Ronnie and Snooki being punched by a guy? Leave a comment below.
